A. Specs for including, modifying, deleting words from IHE word cloud 

The words that occurred most frequently appear in the largest font sizes and the brightest colors; words that occurred least frequently have the smallest font sizes and the faintest colors; words that appeared with more or less the same frequency have the same font sizes and the same colors.

The various names of the virus were not counted because they occurred in every summary because that's what all of the summaries discussed, e.g., "Covid-19", "coronavirus", "virus", etc

Articles, prepositions, and conjunctions were not counted

Synonyms were replaced by their most frequent instance, e.g., "professor" was counted as "faculty" ... "employees" were counted as "staff ... "require" was counted as "mandate".

Some words were truncated, i.e., replaced by their stems, e.g., "vaccinated" and "vaccine" were both counted as "vaccin" ... "student" and "students" were counted as "student" ... "mandate" and "mandates" become "mandat"

The names of specific colleges, universities, states, and cities were not counted.

In the Omicron edition that focused on the switch between on-campus and online, the term "in-person" was replaced by "campus"

B. Specs for cloud dimensions

• Clip border of cloud rectangle to delete most of the surrounding white space
• Inspect HTML of blog page for image file to find Original-width and Original-height
• Desired-width of cloud = 450
• So Desired-height = (Original-height * 450) / Original-width

C. Color of cloud

• Use an image viewer to set sharpness and contrast to maximum
• Make other adjustments to obtain most vivid image
